Returns & Refunds Policy

We comply fully with Irish and EU consumer protection law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, you can submit your request electronically by visiting our Withdrawal & Returns Portal.

Online Orders (Distance Sales)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email) within this 14-day period.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Custom-made furniture

  • Made-to-measure items

  • Personalised or bespoke products

These items may only be returned if faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us promptly.

Replacement, repair or refund will be issued as appropriate.


In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, there is no automatic right to return goods if you change your mind. Returns in these cases are at our discretion.

This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods.
