The SisterBrother story behind this candle -
Christmas in the White household was pure magic. On Christmas Eve the scent of the fir Christmas tree, cloves and nutmeg filled the air while puddings baked in the oven.
Dad would head off to Midnight Mass while we huddled by the fire, watching the lights of Grafton Street on the news. We’d go to bed too excited to sleep, sneaking out in the
early hours only to be sent back by Mum.
At dawn, we’d finally tiptoe downstairs - hearts pounding in case Santa was still there, or worse, had never come. Yet he always had, leaving behind a little magic and, sometimes, a dusting of snow outside.
