Dark & Calm Bedroom

One of my favourite activities is building mood boards. When I worked in fashion - each season started with boards of ideas, textures and inspirational imagery and when I moved into interiors - the boards moved with me! 

I pulled this board together with the words CHIC and GREY firmly in my mind. It's such a gorgeous image - so definite with what it wants to project that each time I come across it, I feel the need to pause and just look at every element within it. You can tell that this is the bedroom of an inherently chic women and I think that's the whole appeal. I added a bit of brass for contrast and a pair of insanely beautiful Tom Ford shoes too.
