Rub the sea salt blend from Nicolas Vahé on beef or use it to season your fish, game, pasta and the classic dish coq au vin. Enjoy the delicate red wine flavour by grinding it on top of butter.

The mill comes with a ceramic grinder which gives you finely ground spices. This releases the oils for more aroma and flavour in your dishes
