Afternoon Chi at April and the Bear — Yoga and Boozy Afternoon Brunch — June 30th


We are so excited to share with you our first A+TB Experience.

This experience is all about you and looking after your body, your mind and your taste buds! A self-care Sunday if you will.

We’ll kick off with:

— a soulful yoga session with our favourite yogi, Sinead of Moons Yoga Sinead will take us through a slinky Sunday Slow Flow — think slow deep stretches and a long-guided meditation to leave you stretched and high on life.

We’ll then settle down for:

a delicious brunch + coffee from the Pot Bellied Pig
— a cheeky cocktail

This experience will also include a totally exclusive print and a voucher for April and the Bear.


Limited Spaces Available.

All experiences take place in our light-filled space in Rathmines, Dublin and kick off at 1pm. This experience will last between 3 to 4 hours.

No need to bring anything with you but we suggest wearing comfortable clothes for the yoga session.
